Returns and Exchange Policy for Vibration plates

You can return or exchange outdoor and fitness equipments as per your desire, if found unsatisfactory in any case. You need to return the items in the original packing, along with all the material, boxes, warranty cards, etc. to claim the warranty or to exchange the item. The return time will be five days after the items returned received, as it will be assessed completely. If the company’s label is removed, warranty will be considered as void and the item will not be replaced or exchanged. The shipping charges for returning the product will be paid by customers, as the company will not bear the shipping charges in that case. If you have any ambiguity or query related to return or exchange of the product you may contact the customer services team of the company, who will get back to you with the solution to your problem.
Return Charges for returning Vibro plates:
If you return the vibration plates or any other equipment you have received, you will need to bear the shipping expenses. In addition to shipping expenses 15 % of the actual price of the product will be deducted to cover the administrative and other company’s expenses. Items found used or tempered will not be returned as per the company’s policy. You can inquire the details regarding the return charges through your correspondence with the company.
Used items including vibration plates will not be returned due to public health, safety and hygiene purpose. However, this practice will not be applicable for the faulty goods and they will be exchanged with the like items. If you receive any item in faulty condition, you are advised to contact the company immediately for its replacement with another piece of same item. You will be given priority if you contact the company immediately in case of damage or faulty goods received.
